PROPOSED AND UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED THAT this committee recommends that council accept that the loan bylaws indicated in the 1st paragraph of the preamble be financed by bonds, in accordance with the following:
- The bonds, i.e., one bond per maturity, will be dated September 9, 2026;
- Interest will be payable semi-annually, on March 9 and September 9 of each year;
