CONSIDERING THAT the MIQ requires access to information concerning real estate projects currently being processed at the City of Gatineau in order to adequately parameterize the predictive models that support the analyses to be carried out;

CONSIDERING THAT the results of the models are essential to the studies that the MIQ and its partners must carry out as part of the tramway project;

CONSIDERING THAT the City of Gatineau will benefit from having data derived from the best possible quality predictive models:

PROPOSED AND RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY THAT this committee authorize the mayor or, in her absence, the acting mayor, and the clerk or, in her absence, the deputy clerk or the assistant clerk, to share the data as described and to approve the agreement to be entered into, substantially in accordance with the copy that will be sent to the MIQ for signature.
